Fixed Prices for All Jobs
All work is priced competitively and includes a standard administration fee.
Small Jobs (Pre-Priced)
Many smaller tasks come with a fixed, upfront price — no surprises when your tradesperson arrives.
Examples include:
- Gas Safety Certificate
- Electrical Testing (EICR)
- Roof Inspection Survey
- Plumbing Survey
- CCTV Installation
Large Projects (Quoted After Site Visit)
For larger renovation and refurbishment works, we’ll carry out an initial assessment and provide a detailed, fixed-price quote.
Examples include:
- Kitchen Refurbishment
- Bathroom Refurbishment
- House Extensions
- Full Home Renovations
- Loft Conversions
Call-Outs
We charge a flat rate of £160 for the first hour, covering diagnostics and minor repairs.
After the first hour:
- £40 per additional 30 minutes for ongoing minor works
- For extensive repairs, we’ll pause work and provide a fixed-price quote before proceeding
What We Don’t Charge For
To keep pricing fair and simple, we never charge for:
- Parking costs
- Travel time or fuel
- Congestion Charge
- ULEZ charges
